How Much Knitting?
I bought the Winter Interweave Knits and the Holiday Gift issue. I’m not sure what clicked in my head as I was looking at the patterns but I started to think about the variety of knit designs and the talent and work that goes into each one. Then I thought about all the knitting magazines out there showcasing knitting patterns - that’s a lot of knitting. Then I thought about all the books that have been published with knitting designs - that’s a lot of knitting. Then I thought about all the blogs of knitters writing about and creating their knitting - that’s aaay looot of knitting! (I’m not even going to go into all the connected fiber arts and fiber accessories - can you imagine!) It’s truly amazing and mind-boggling the amount of knitting that’s going on, even right now as I write this - even right now as you are reading this - there is someone out there, right now, knitting.
