Bit By the Crafty Bug
I had a moment of crafty-inspiration at the tail-end of my stomach-bug recovery. This is a “found” scarf, abandoned because it was accidentally fulled (I found it at work). It was headed to the Salvation Army but I pulled it out to be remade into Christmas decor. Coincidentally there was a Christmas movie on tv about one of Santa’s reindeer and a poor little girl ice skater in the 1950s. Incredibly saccharine storyline but the costume design was fabulous - especially the knitted hats, scarves and sweaters. Perfect flick to have on in the background while being crafty.
A mitten rainbow.
Tada! I like this better than the standard garland - plus no pine needles to sweep up.
